Our client is based in Burton and due to a very busy order book, now needs to recruit an Administrator to complement their existing team. The company is very well established and works closely with the construction industry. As an Administrator, your duties will entail the following:
Answering the phones;
Processing orders and other documents onto spreadsheets;
Filing;
Logging photos on to job files for audit purposes;
Checking stock against pre-defined reports;
Liaising with Sales Managers, customer and suppliers;
Ad hoc duties as required.
This is a very busy department and it is anticipated that the successful candidate will be confident using Excel and IT systems. You should also have experience of using administration skills and be a team player.
