Our client based on the outskirts of Burton has a current requirement for a Customer Service Adviser, this is a temporary ongoing position. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a well-established Warehousing/Distribution company. General duties will entail:
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager
Being part of a proactive, flexible and fast paced team
Receiving and processing customer orders
Dealing with accurate planning of build processes to ensure orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time
Producing weekly KPI reports and data as required
Chasing through deliveries to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in full
Ad hoc admin as required.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have effective communications skills and good IT skills including Excel. You should also be able to work effectively under pressure, providing a high and consistent level of service. If you feel you have the right skills and experience for this post, please apply now.
